Starting a Zombies, Run! Subscription provides access to all three of our fitness games! This includes:
- Full access to over 500 Zombies, Run! missions, including the main Zombies, Run! storyline, radio mode, interval training, and our New Adventures
- Fully unlocked Zombies, Run! 5k Training
- All 65 episodes and challenges in The Walk
No matter which app you use to start your Zombies, Run! subscription, your membership will be recognised in the other apps, and your membership will be recognised on Android and iPhone.

If you’re already a Zombies, Run! subscriber, you can upgrade directly to VIP! Your new VIP subscription will begin immediately and you'll automatically be reimbursed for any unused time on your existing subscription.
Unlocking Content
To unlock content in our apps with your Zombies, Run! or VIP subscription, you will need to synchronise your membership status with each app.
First, you'll need a ZRX account. You can create one by going to More > ZRX in this app, or via the web.
If you started a Zombies, Run! subscription in the ZRX app, log in to your ZRX account in the ZRX app and synchronise. You can then transfer your membership to The Walk, or to the Zombies, Run! 5k Training app, by logging into your ZombieLink account in those apps and synchronising.
If you subscribed in another app, log in to your ZombieLink account in the app you purchased through, then synchronise to ZombieLink. Finally, log into your account in Zombies, Run! and synchronise to unlock all Zombies, Run! content.
I bought a Zombies, Run! /VIP subscription on one platform, can I use it on another?
Yes! Zombies, Run! and VIP subscriptions can be used across Android and iPhone.
To make this work, you will need a ZRX account. If you don't have one, you can create one by going to More > ZRX Account in the app, or via the web.
You'll then need to:
- Log in to your ZRX account in the app on the platform that you originally subscribed on
- Tap Synchronise in More > ZRX Account.
- Open More > ZRX Account on your new platform.
- Ensure you're logged into the same ZRX account as before.
- You'll now be able to use that subscription on ZRX, The Walk, and Zombies, Run! 5K Training on both iPhone and Android - just log in to ZRX inside each app!
I've got a new phone. Do I have to buy a Zombies, Run! /VIP subscription again?
No! You're all fine. Memberships transfer across platforms.
Moving from iPhone to Android
- Ensure that you have logged into ZRX from the app on your iPhone, and that you have synchronised to ZRX from this device
- Log into the ZRX account that your membership is associated with from the app on your Android device
- Tap Synchronise
- The app should then restore your Zombies, Run! /VIP subscription
Moving from Android to iPhone
- Ensure that you have logged into ZRX from the app on your Android device, and that you have synchronised to ZRX from this device
- Log into the ZRX account that your membership is associated with from the app on your iPhone
- Tap Synchronise
- The app should then restore your Zombies, Run! /VIP subscription
If you've upgraded from one Android phone to a new Android phone, or an iPhone to a new iPhone, please ensure that you are logged into the Google Play Store account or Apple ID / App Store account you used to buy the Zombies, Run! subscription. Then, download the app from the Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iPhone). The app should automatically detect your Zombies, Run! subscription status. If it doesn't, navigate to the Membership page within ZRX aoo and tap 'Restore Purchases'.

iPhone Subscriptions
All currencies are in USD if not otherwise specified. Please check the Membership screen or your store receipts for local currencies.
Zombies, Run! subscriptions purchased from 1 May 2024 are $6.99/month or $49.99/year.
Zombies, Run! subscriptions purchased from 21 June 2021 are $5.99/month or $39.99/year.
Zombies, Run! subscriptions that were purchased from 13 May 2019 onwards (and are continuously renewed) are $5.99/month or $34.99/year USD. Subscriptions that were started from 30 May 2017 onwards (and are continuously renewed) are $3.99/month or $24.99/year USD. Memberships that began before 30 May 2017 (and were continuously renewed) are $2.99/month or $19.99/year. Legacy subscriptions that were started from May 2015 (and are continuously renewed) are $7.99. Legacy subscriptions started from 21 June 2021 are $19.99USD. VIP membership is $89.99/year.
Your monthly subscription will automatically renew each month and be charged through your App Store account, yearly subscriptions will automatically renew each year. The Zombies, Run! subscription renews at the original monthly or yearly rate, VIP renews at $89.99/year, and Legacy Membership renews at the original yearly rate, automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Zombies, Run! subscriptions purchased as a gift code from the website will not auto-renew.
You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your App Store account settings. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.
How do I cancel my Zombies, Run!/VIP subscription?
- Open the Settings app
- Tap on your profile at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Zombies, Run!
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Payment for your Zombies, Run! or VIP subscription is always taken by the platform that you originally purchased it from, even if you have switched platforms since then. If you originally purchased your membership on Android, you will need to cancel through Google, even if you now use an iPhone, and vice versa.
How do I switch which platform I am billed by?
If you switch from iPhone to Android, or vice versa, your Zombies, Run!VIP subscription will continue to be handled by the platform you originally purchased the membership with.
If you wish to change the platform that you are billed by, you will need to cancel the existing subscription, wait for it to expire, and purchase a new Zombies, Run!/VIP subscription on your preferred platform.
Restoring Purchases on iPhone
If you have deleted and reinstalled the app, or installed it on a new device, you can restore any existing memberships.
Log into the App Store account you used to buy your subscription, and go to the Memberships page in the Zombies, Run! app. Tap on the ‘Restore Purchases’ button, and any subscriptions associated with your account will be restored.
Already paid for Zombies, Run?
If you previously paid for Zombies, Run!, then good news: we've given you unlimited access to Seasons 1 to 3, plus every running mode, whether or not you bought them as in-app purchases.
You may need to tap on ‘Restore Purchases’ in the Membership screen to unlock these.
You'll still need to get a Zombies, Run! subscription to get Season 4 missions, but we're offering a lower price for Legacy players - check it out.
