Moving from Android to iPhone
- Ensure that you have logged into ZombieLink from the app on your Android device, and that you have synchronised to ZombieLink from this device
- Log into the ZombieLink account that your membership is associated with from the app on your iPhone
- Tap "Synchronise".
- The app should then restore your Abel Runner’s Club or VIP status.
Moving from iPhone to Android
- Ensure that you have logged into ZombieLink from the app on your iPhone, and that you have synchronised to ZombieLink from this device
- Log into the ZombieLink account that your membership is associated with from the app on your Android device
- Tap "Synchronise".
- The app should then restore your Abel Runner’s Club or VIP status.
If you've upgraded from one Android phone to a new Android phone, or an iPhone to a new iPhone, please ensure that you are logged into the Google Play Store account or Apple ID / iTunes account you used to buy the Abel Runner’s Club or VIP membership. Then, download the app from the Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iPhone). The app should automatically detect your Abel Runner's Club or VIP status. If it doesn't, navigate to the Membership page within Zombies, Run! and tap 'Restore Purchases'.
