If you're sure you want to cancel your subscription then please be aware that doing so will not refund the balance of any time remaining on the subscription, it simply prevents the subscription from automatically renewing on the renewal date. You will also retain access to any subscription only features and content until the subscription period expires.
Payment for your Zombies, Run! Abel Runner's Club or VIP membership is always taken by the platform that you originally purchased it from, even if you have switched platforms since then. If you originally purchased your Membership on Android, you will need to cancel through Google, even if you now use an iOS device, and vice versa.
If you bought your membership as a gift code through our website you don't need to cancel it, as it won't automatically renew.
