- FIXED: The errors affecting logging in, syncing, registering, and resetting passwords from 25-27 Dec and 30-31 Dec are now resolved. We're continuing to monitor the situation and will make any required permanent fixes following the holidays.
iPhone
- People who have upgraded to a new iPhone and have used the iPhone setup/data transfer from their old iPhone, should go to More > Downloads in the Zombies, Run! app on their new phone, delete any downloaded mission, and then redownload that mission before they run. This will prevent problems with the mission not playing correctly due to issues with the transfer.
Android
- The release of Android 13 has changed the way media permissions works, which means that you won't be able to listen to your playlists with the ZR Player Music setting. We recommend using External Player mode for the time being. We're looking into it and will post updates about it as and when we have them.
- There is a minor bug with Training Plans where the display of day and date ranges does not match up. This means that the first run of the week might show the day 'Sun' with a date range 8-14 November but Sunday is actually 7th November. Until this is fixed you'll need to ignore the day of the week shown in Training Plans and only look at the date range. We're looking into a fix for this.
- Samsung and Huawei devices (and possibly others) may show incorrect dates in the Statistics screen.
