Our crash reporting system and our support system are not linked in any way, so even though we can see the crash reports we have no way to know who sent them, or how to get in touch. If you send a crash report make sure you also send us a support ticket with details about the issue, as we can then work with you to resolve the problem.
We don't offer support through our store pages because we often need to ask you questions about your phone setup you might not want to share publicly, so again it's best to contact us at support.
