In the zombie apocalypse – and in Zombies, Run! – the most useful advice is also often the most simple. Many problems you might encounter can by solved easily:
The app isn't working properly
- Restart the app
- If that doesn't work, restart your phone
Run logs aren't syncing to ZombieLink
- Go to More > ZombieLink in the app and log out
- Restart the app
- Log back in to ZombieLink
You can't log in to ZombieLink
- Try logging in using your email address instead of your username
- Make sure you're correctly capitalising your username and password (some phone keyboards auto-capitalise words)
