If you've upgraded from one Android phone to a new Android phone, or an iPhone to a new iPhone you won't need to purchase a Pro Membership subscription again.
First, please ensure you are logged into the Google Play Store account or Apple ID/iTunes account you bought Zombies, Run! with. Then, download Zombies, Run! form the Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iPhone). The app should automatically detect your Pro Membership status. If it doesn't, you may need to navigate to the Memberships page within Zombies, Run! and tap 'Restore Membership'.
